Training today

Hi everyone, due to popular demand (thank you thank you), I'll be posting. haha. just j/k...

Anyway, today's training was real fun, and I'm really proud of you guys finishing the run as a team. Hope those who are currently sick recover soon, and do take care of yourselves. :) As we inch towards our season next year, I just want to say that we're in this as a team, and we're going to achieve as a team, so do keep up the good work, and stay strong (we'll need it to beat the rest). Perhaps I should just say a few words to each of us right now...

In no particular order... To...
Zhicao aka Train: You are a man. Keep on being a man. Being a man is good. Keep training hard bro.

Looloo: You are a man. And you, along with the C rowers will be the ones that give us the fighting chance. Jia you!

Jameson Lua: You are a screwup, but you're a man too. You've improved by leaps and bounds since you first joined and i certainly hope to see you use your talent (imba balance - notice the irony there haha) to good use. :)

Paul: You've got great potential and equally great spirit Paul, and you're a reminder to the team on how we can push ourselves to the max. Keep working on your weaknesses bro and you'll excel.

Baboon: It's great seeing you try your best during runs, and it's been even better since we've been finishing them together. Runrunrunrunrun and you'll be much stronger for it.

Sheng Lin: What can I say... lol. Keep up the good work and continue being the pillar of the team, it's great having you as a fellow teammate. And keep smiling. :D

Kane: Another vertebrae in the backbone of the team. It's been great training with you and having you push me, and everyone else on sometimes. Keep it up bro.

Chiamster: Yo, you've got great talent and it's just beginning to shine. Peservere with what you've got and I'm absolutely certain that you'll do well next year. Don't be distracted, and set your eyes on the goal (and possibly the gold for next year's national juniors huh?) :)

Bernard: Bernard you amaze me with your willpower all the time. Just continue to train hard, and never let anything put you down. Go on out there and prove your detractors wrong.

Shawn: Hope you've recovered fully from your illness. Don't shortchange yourself when it comes to training, and you'll go far, real far. Train hard and train smart bro. :)

Guoren: Thus far, it's been great knowing you. Proud of you for completing the run today. Do keep the canoeing benchmark high and propel us on eh? :)

Peter: Hey man... Yet another devoted and committed member. Train hard, and keep uplifting us in spirit with your humour. Be a man.

Kenneth Kong: Although you joined us later, it's as if you've been there with us from the start. Keep up the rapid improvement, and inspire the rest to greater heights with your effort. :)

Selwyn: You are a man. Great potential and commitment. I'm proud to have you as a teammate. Don't worry about the lateness of your entry into the team, it's no obstacle. Keep up the pull-ups, and you'll go far too.

James: Hey dude, you're fast on a T1, and that's great. Keep your attendance more regular and jiao lian might just notice you. With that said, it's been great having you on the team. Work on the rigour and discipline bro. :)

Chowster: C1 man. Hey, didn't expect both us of us to end up in the same CCA. lol. Another strong silent backbone of the team, who's great at getting us all together and pumped up. Go C1 dude! :)

Seetoh: Yet another C rower. Hey, keep up the running and the discipline on your C2 and you'll be blazing man. Go for it, you've got great potential to excel in your boat.

Bang Bang: Keep pushing yourself and never forget that we're in this as a team. Don't shortchange yourself during training, but instead keep pushing the limits with your mental strength. You've come far but there's still a long and oft painful road ahead. But we'll be there as a team for you. :)

Jing Cong: Hey, keep up the good work. Your strength will come in handy after you've mastered the K1 stroke. Don't give up ok? It'll come in time. :)

Yup, that's it. All 20 of us will be in this for the long-haul. And all of us are going to make or break our season hopes next year. So keep this noble burden on your shoulders, but we'll shoulder it all the way to the finish line next year. Let's do this for Raffles.
